In this session, participants will learn how to effectively implement and align the concepts and practices of professional learning communities (PLC) districtwide. Janel will highlight what effective collaboration looks like at both the elementary and secondary levels and share examples of district collaboration tools that have a tremendous impact on teamwork.   • Explore the accordion process to accomplish PLC at Work districtwide, determining essential standards and developing common formative assessments
