“We were amazed by how much the auditor was able to capture in his time at the building with staff and students, and his observations and analyses were spot on. We were able to use the findings to celebrate current successes and start crucial conversations about areas in need of improvement. The summaries allowed us to set short- and long-term goals that have already propelled us forward on our school improvement journey.”—Tara White, director of literacy, Elkhart Community Schools, Indiana
